02. 20-Minute Discovery Call

Upon review of your submission I will reach out and schedule a complimentary discovery call with you. This will allow us to go more into detail about what Nutritional Therapy is and if we would be a good fit.

03. We will get started!

After our discovery call, we will get things rolling! This is the first step towards seeing improvement and getting those root issues resolved. Woohoo!

I feel equipped to take my health into my own hands!

I’m proud of myself for accomplishing everything.

I’m proud that I don’t eat in front of a screen and that I eat mindfully. I’m ecstatic that I hardly burp anymore! I mainly proud of myself for taking action to help my body and having Denae to lead me the way was a great experience. If you’re even considering doing nutritional therapy DO IT! It’s the best form of self care you can give yourself. It won’t be easy to change all of your tiny habits but it’s worth it to feel good and know why you don’t feel good now.

My skin is SO much better

I feel like I got a better handle on HOW I should be eating to feel better, too. I think learning how to properly feed and support your body as a woman is really important. We’re not taught how to do that, but it helps in so many ways more than just how you look. When you can focus not on what the scale says but how you feel throughout the day, I think that’s really good.

My period was totally manageable this month

Cheek acne is getting better! Finding that I’m a little less cold inside AC buildings too. Also the mindset shift on putting my body under stress by under eating is continuing to be so helpful. Big win is pooping EVERY day except 1 in the last 2 weeks!!

My period!!! It was sooooo much better!! My mood was great!!!

No breast tenderness like usual either! My energy was a lot better!! Before my period came, I was hopeful and happy. I also slept deeper a couple of days before it started. I’ve been feeling energized enough to do things more than usual.
